About the MSMA as a National Association...
The Mail Systems Management Association was established
in 1981 to provide mail systems' managers a framework to build professional recognition, share information and grow as
professionals within the mailing industry. The association has grown from its modest beginnings into an association that has
2500 members, in 21 local chapters throughout the United States.
The
MSMA provides its members with national industry certification programs and awards professionals who complete the certification
process with industry designation of Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM) or Certified Mail and Distribution
Systems Supplier (CMDSS).
